so i'm home. back to oregon, my roommates, my car... and it's all the same. it feels like nothing has changed. it feels like i was never gone. but i was. i was gone for five months! that's the weirdest part of all this: i know i haven't seen this place since the beginning of january, and i know i've just had an incredible five months with people and places that i'll never forget, but being here now and looking around, it almost seems like that was just one long dream, and now i'm awake and back to normal life.
so strange.
