It's a fucking automated system, I fucking hate automated systems so after pushing 0 about 35 times I get put on hold for 10 minutes and finally get a person on the line.
Me: "Hello i have an issue i need someone to help me with..." i explain my problems with the website, my conversation with the people at the refund center for Oregon and so on and so on
Person who cant speak english: "Ok can i have your registration number?"
Me: "Well no I just explained to you that the website won't let me get any info, print any forms, ect..."
Person who cant speak english: "Ok but I'm going to need your product registration # do you have that today ma'am?"
Me: I repeat, "Uh, well, no I just explained to you that the website won't let me get any info, print any forms, ect..."
Person who cant speak english: "Humm well so you don't have the registration number, because I need you to give me the registration number, can you tell me what that # is?"
Me: once again, "No I can not, I do not have it, I have no registration #, I can't acess it from the site, I don't have the # and I can't get the #, i do have my electronic filing comframation # would you like that?"
Person who cant speak english: "Yeah, go ahead"
I start to read off the # and she tell me "no this isn't your registration #, it should start with a letter" I'm flabergasted at this point, explain myself to her one more time and then she simply tells me my refund will be in my account "10 to 14 days after the date I filed", I tell her its been a month, it's still not there and Oregon has no record of me filing, she tells me aging that "it will be in my account 10 to 14 days from the date I filed" then I hear a beeping followed by, "Thank you for calling Inuit, we randomly select calls to preform a customer service questionairre, your call has not been selected please visit our website at http://www.turbotax.com, good bye".
I called back 4 more times, I got hung up on every time by a different person who couldn't speak english. The last time I called and explained my problem to a guy who I could accually understand, he tells me "I'm not quite sure what you want me to do here," so I tell him very politely that 1. I want to know why Oregm has no record of my return 2. I want to know how to print my forms or recieve a copy of my tax forms from them 3. I want him to tell me where to go from here as far as finding out how to get my refund, and if it envolves refiling since obviously they didn't do it right the first time 4. if I have to refile I want to make sure I do not get charged again since this is their problem. Then he says, "I'm gonna go ahead and transfer you to tech support. FUCKING TECH SUPPORT!! I explain my situation to this other guy who has no idea why I was transferred to him and he tells me "I'm gonna go ahead and transfer you back over to the tax specialists". he transfers me back over and who do I get on the phone, none other then the first monkey who disconnected me, and what does she tell me? "You should expect the refund in your account 10 - 14 days after the date you filed, I can look it up if you give me your product registra...beep" she fucking disconected me again, and just my luck, my call was not randomly selected to participate in a customer service questionairre. UN FUCKING BELIEVABLE! I'm seriously at a loss here, it's a lot of fucking money and I don't know what to do, this has been an all around swell fucking day, any suggestions, please help!
oh also my back itches so fucking bad and I can't reach it!!! Grrreeeaaat.
